-FAQ’s-

1. Do I need to place a deposit to hold puppy?

A deposit of $300.00 will hold a puppy from my current or upcoming litter.  If you have contacted me and have stated that  a check has been sent, I will hold puppy for 3 business days.  If you think It will take longer, contact me and let me know.

2. How much are your puppies?

Price of puppy is 1500.00.

3. If I am the 3rd person to give you a deposit for a pup, do I get 3rd choice?

The 3rd person to give a deposit would be 3rd in line for choice on a litter. That being said, the first person isn't always guaranteed "pick of the litter." I reserve the right to choose pick of the litter.

4. Do you ship puppies and if so, what age?

Yes, I would ship puppy.  I do not ship puppies, however, unless they are 8 weeks old and weather conditions permit shipping.

If puppy is to be shipped, we will prepare puppy for travel and because of this, they will do extremely well while traveling and are happy and ready to meet their new family.

If you are picking up your puppy, you may do so at 7 to 9 weeks.

5. How much does shipping a puppy cost?

Shipping is $300 in addition the price of the puppy. Shipping includes crate and flight charges.  This price is subject to change depending on airline.

6. Do you have a guarantee on your dogs?

Yes. Please see contract page for additional information.

7. What Dog Food do you feed your Dogs/Puppies?

The ingredient list is one of the major key to what’s really in that bag or can.   Dogs and cats are carnivores, and do best on a meat-based diet.   After talking with my Uncle,  and reading the book “Give Your Dog A Bone” written by Dr. Ian Billinghurst.   I have adopted parts of the BARF diet (Bones and Raw Food) and will give my dogs chicken wings for Dinner with carrots or zucchini or celery.  In the AM I give them 1 cup of Kirkland (COSTO brand) mixed in with a ½ cup of Innova Large Breed Dog Dry Dog Food. With this I add 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese. or plain yogurt   To this I add 1 teaspoon of oil (cold pressed flaxseed for Omegas).

I have found this diet to work extremely well with my dogs.  Their coats are soft and smooth, they don’t shed as much and are happy, well adjusted.  If you would like more information on the BARF diet, please go visit the following link:

Feeding times:

Most puppies should be fed three times a day, until they are about 4 to 6 months old. Then change it to twice a day. My puppies feeding times are 6 am, 12 noon, and 6pm. It is harder to house break a puppy that always has access to a full food bowl.  So it is best to remove the food once puppy has finished his meal, usually within 15 minutes of food being offered to puppy.

8. How can I pay for my puppy?

We accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, cash, PayPal,  If sending a personal check, please allow 5 additional days for check to clear before scheduling a pickup of your pup.

9. Do you allow Breeding Rights on Puppies?

Puppies are sold with limited registration and are considered family Pets.

For Your Information:

1. My puppies are given Nemex-2 at 2 & 4 weeks of age. A physical with my vet occurs at 6 weeks and first shots will be administered as well as a 3rd worming . We follow our vets recommendations on shot schedules and wormings. Many vets recommend different schedules for vaccines. Please check with your vet for continued boosters and vaccines that are required in your area and recommended by your vet. A health record with wormings/shots administered will be supplied with pup.

2. The English Type Golden is a very gentle, loving, affectionate animal and it is important that you train accordingly. They do extremely well in a routine based home in order for them to learn where to use the bathroom, eat, sleep etc.  Consistency is KEY!  If you follow these guidelines, you will have a very well-mannered puppy.

3. Puppies should always have something to chew on and several toys of their own.  I recommend the KONG!  This is a rubber chew toy that you fill with treats.  This keeps them busy and less apt to chew on your new pair of shoes.  If you catch puppy chewing on something he/she shouldn’t please take away and replace with one of their toys.
